Visual Storytelling begins February 8

Visual storytelling with Tyson Pease and Robert Laing begins Sunday, February 8 from 1-4 pm | We all have stories to tell and, whether these stories come from events in our own lives, purely from our imaginations, or are a combination of the two, there are many ways in which we can express them visually. The Visual Storytelling class will be an entry-level crash course in effective visual storytelling, taught collaboratively by two visual artists with different personal styles (animation and comic art).

Students will learn the basics of how to draft their own short story, be introduced to multiple styles in which that story may be visually expressed, and then fully expand their idea into a project of their own (with guidance and assistance from the instructors.

The class is designed for students 13+. However, the instructors are open to working with particularly motivated and interested younger students as well, so don't hesitate to ask!

Course fee: $90 - materials are included. Register at medomakarts [at] or
